The most common way we solve issues logging in is by verifying the email address you use.
Make sure that the email you are entering is the email you used to create the account, not the email you set for us to contact you.
Some users have created multiple accounts over time. Again, make sure that you are using the right email/password combination
Request a password reset by going to https://app.castifi.com/#/login
Click FORGOT EMAIL
You will receive an email with a link that remains active for 15 minutes.
Open your inbox and look for the Team Castifi email.
If you don't receive that email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Click on the RESET PASSWORD button.
In this case, scroll down and copy the link provided (see image on the right).
Create a new password. From there, the platform will take you to your account's home page.
